Reasons people can't sleep
Sleep is important for staying physically and mentally healthy. Lack of sleep can lead to various problems such as depression, anxiety, and obesity as well. There are many causes of sleep deprivation. A study of 2,000 people was conducted to find out about the reasons people can't sleep. Studies have shown that about 38 percent of people have trouble sleeping because of the mattress used in the bed. Similarly, 36 percent of people do not get enough sleep because of sleeping with a person who snores while sleeping. Noise at night, light from windows, caffeinated beverages, and lights from the phone can also cause sleep problems. According to the research, before going to bed, 14 percent of people who use social media on their phones, 12 percent of those who play games, and 13 percent of those who read had insomnia.
